May, 2005 - MAP goes Geothermal as Managing Partner, Philip Preston, successfully completes accreditation as a Certified Geothermal System Installer MAP goes Geothermal and completes Certification. Momentum Advantage has joined the International Geothermal Heat Pump Association, the accrediting body for geoexchange worldwide. MAP Managing Partner, Phil Preston, has also completed the process of becoming accredited as a Certified Geothermal System Installer. According to Phil Preston, “We are working closely with the International Ground Source Heat Pump Association (IGSHPA) and the Geothermal Heat Pump Consortium (GHPC) to increase awareness and adoption of geothermal processes throughout Chicagoland and Northeast Illinois.” MAP works with large residential developers, medium to large commercial businesses and selected public entities (such as schools and municipalities) in planning and implementing this exciting new technology into their operations.
